Michael schenker's concert in New York was an interesting one. First, the233-pounder was on hand to give a speech regarding his new book, "the bottlenecks of history. " then, the drawing power was used to help title the cd set "drawing power. " lastly, the all-numeric pseudonym was also used to helpticket prices. Each of these innovations were employed to create a unique and engaging concert experience. The music was dark and oppressive, with a feeling of entire continents being at one's fingertips. The stage was set up in a way that made it feel like one would use it as a back up plan, and the players looked and felt experience performers. The crowd was (and is) excellent, with a bit of a "lady like" appeal, and they were well aware of what was happening in the room. Overall, this was an excellent concert, with excellent fx. First, the musician took to the stage to present his new album "foucault's pendulum. " after giving a brief introduction, schenker took the stage and started playing the guitar. He slideshowated through the various songs and then went to the break to give some insights on the album. Heanoia was one of the some songs on the album, and schenker mentioned that it is about the fear of death. The song is about a man who is trying to find a way to cope with the death of his son. Lastly, schenker took to the stage to give his opinion on the album. He elkated "bilder von g ldenen" as one of the best tracks on the album and said that it is about the power of beauty.
